Hi! I’m Andrea and I have a passion for helping people connect with their true selves and supporting them to find their way back to the version that existed before all of the stuff of life got in the way. When we uncover our sacred roots in this way, nearly anything is possible! This perspective informs my counselling work, as well as my work as a clinical supervisor.

I hold a Diploma of Professional Counselling, an Addiction Worker Certificate, a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. All that to say, I am a bit of a nerd! As an adjunct instructor in a counselling diploma program, I have learned to participate in academia in a new way. I have also developed more empathy for why instructors are often so slooow to mark everything!

I am a Qualified Clinical Supervisor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (MPCC-S, Member #3231). I am also a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (Member #16907) and a Registered Social Worker (Member #15034) with the BC College of Social Workers. Please confirm with your professional association to confirm they will accept these credentials for your annual clinical supervision requirements.

In my private practice counselling work as an associate of Living Bridges Therapy Collective, I counsel individuals who are living with the impacts of trauma, including intergenerational trauma, addiction, grief, mental health struggles, and more. Clinical supervision has become a bright spot in my weekly calendar. My primary focus is to cultivate a setting that helps counsellors connect with the wise counsellor within. Each supervisee will follow their own unique path as they grow professionally over time. Whether you want to breathe fresh life into an existing counselling practice, or you are taking the first steps towards registration, I can offer seasoned guidance. Many counsellors encounter barriers to recognizing the unique brand of magic that we offer. Through reflective practice, we have the potential to uncover our own sacred roots and the deep wells of wisdom we can draw from. As we do this, we unlock the potential to become the very best version of ourselves as clinicians.
